Wendy Greeson has 20+ years of experience in helping companies successfully build leadership bench strength. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing leaders at all levels and is known for creating innovative and sustainable talent management solutions.

She has been consistently recruited to lead in pivotal roles, leveraging organizational change management methodologies to generate transformational results impacting individuals, teams, and organizations. Wendy has been recognized by Harvard Business Publishing and she has also received several awards for her work in the field of leadership development.

In 2017 Wendy was selected from over 18K candidates to become an inaugural member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches. This program is dedicated to advancing the practice of coaching and leadership development throughout the world.

As both a student and a teacher, dance has played a significant role in Wendy’s life. From her time as a certified judge for the Illinois Drill Team Association and former aerobics instructor to the study of ballroom dance, she is always actively looking for that next opportunity to follow her passion.
