Tom Clark is a highly experienced executive with a 30+ year history of leading in consumer products, food & beverage and retail businesses. He has been influential in public, private equity, family-owned businesses ranging from $70M to $1B in revenues and 5,000 to 350,000 global employees. He is experienced across all supply chain disciplines and has led transformational change, turnaround and continuous improvement programs that delivered significant improvements to service, revenue, profit and team capabilities.

Tom has helped organizations as both as a management consultant and an operations executive and understands how to identify value creating opportunities and how then to realize tangible economic and environmental results. He is also experienced in translating efficiency and waste reduction improvements into the context of ESG sustainability reporting frameworks.

In addition to multiple VP and SVP, roles Tom has had the privilege of serving on the Board of MacPhail School of Music and is an active member of the US Center for Advanced Manufacturing.

The proud father of three adult daughters, Tom enjoys skiing, mountain biking, SCUBA, and skiing.
