Simon Nowroz

Simon is a senior executive with a growth-through-transformation track record across international markets. He has deep domain knowledge of strategy, business development, marketing, and performance management, and has delivered digital transformation, re-structuring and M&A integration, brand repositioning, and leadership development programmes.

Simon started his career in B2C services before working for management consultants CSC Index, Differentis and Anderson Capital. Simon has also worked at multiple PE operating companies. He has lived in Europe, the US and Asia, and is a cross cultural leader.

Simon currently serves as an advisor to Loyal VC, and is an industry advisor to Credit Suisse. He is active in the scale-up community through his work at 500 start-ups and Start-up Discovery School.

Simon is married, father to three daughters and enjoys slow travel to obscure places. He is feet on the street, wheels on the road. Simon boxed when younger, but now enjoys watching rugby and applying himself to building bicycles from discarded scrap.
