Bob brings deep experience in high-change, high-challenge environments characterized by aggressive organic growth, mergers & acquisitions, and complex global operations. In his previous CHRO and executive HR roles at Bob partnered with and coached C-suite and other executive leaders to develop and deliver plans which attract, develop, and retain key talent, lift employee engagement, and drive high performance outcomes.

Bob has honed his commitment to servant-leadership practices through the creation of and delivery of multiple proprietary leadership and management training systems, high performance group facilitation, and scores of direct coaching relationships which fostered managerial excellence.

As part of the leadership teams Bob has served with, he has led the efforts to define, refine and reinvigorate focus on global leadership and managerial excellence. Further, Bob has spearheaded global strategy & execution of Human Capital initiatives including Attracting & Retaining Talent, Succession Planning, Organizational & Employee Development, and Compensation & Benefits administration. Outside HR, Bob is an experienced executive leader over the functions of Global Operations & Logistics, Legal Services, and Facilities & Office Management

Married and the proud father of three adult children, Bob enjoys travel and all kinds of sporting activities.
