Acorn Growth Partners believe that Management and Leading are ‘two halves of the same coin’. One cannot manage without leading, nor lead without managing. Yet, the two activities require separate attention and focus when learning their unique methods, practices, and principles. Our leadership training systems are designed to introduce Executives to new concepts while re-introducing proven successful concepts all in the context of their current experience, while allowing experimentation in a peer-based, safe environment.
Acorn Growth Partners is the proud provider of Management and Leadership Training systems for entry-level to C-Suite executives.
Our belief is that most operating executives today have had little or no formal training in Management Methods and Practices, nor exposure to Leadership Philosophy and Principles, and that by necessity most executives have devised their own “operating systems” by observing other executives who largely in turn had no formal training in Management and Leadership. As such, most enterprises lack a common descriptive lexicon as to what exactly great Management and Leadership behaviors look like, and equally, those enterprises struggle in the development of widely adopted performance management cultures and systems because of the variety of beliefs (or lack thereof) of what “good,” let alone “great” behavior and execution looks and feels like.
