David A. (Dave) Falter

Dave's consulting expertise focuses on top-line, profitable revenue growth through a holistic and harmonious approach to general management, selling and sales operations, marketing, and product/service portfolio management.

Prior to joining AGP, Dave has been a six-time CEO who has led de-novo start-ups to Fortune 1000 global businesses. Dave has also served as an executive-in-residence with a mid-market, Chicago-based private-equity company, where he also worked as CEO for several investment portfolio companies.
Dave has consistently produced double-digit, highly profitable top-line growth within 24 months of his involvement in an enterprise. He works to understand customer needs and examines how sales methodologies, marketing messaging, and products or services speak directly to fulfilling those customer needs. He is also expert in multi-tiered sales and distribution channel strategy, as well in the implementation of controls to maintain channel integrity and hygiene.

In the practice of leadership development and coaching, Dave works with owner/operators to ensure that all executive team members have the tools and the guidance they need to be high-performing, growing, continually engaged executives not only within their functional domain but also in their overall leadership of the enterprise. Dave earned degrees with honors from Miami University of Ohio (BA), The University of Virginia (MA), and The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA).
