What We Believe
Our belief is that most operating executives have had little or no formal training in Management Methods and Practices, nor exposure to Leadership Philosophy and Principles. Consequently, individual executives often lack an understanding as to what exactly great Management and Leadership behaviors look like, causing them to struggle in performance management cultures, impairing their effectiveness and impeding their career growth. Via a Coaching and Mentoring relationship with AGP, we aim to rectify that, both for individual executives, and with leadership teams.
